Soft, stretchy 100% cotton tie dye mini skirt with tiered ruffle. Drawstring waist 24" easily stretches to fit 40" waist or can be pulled tighter for smaller people ~ One Size Fits Most. Total length 11-11.5" from top of waist to bottom hem. It is quite a short skirt!
